Matt Bradbury Sports is pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with the Room 180 Darts Academy.
Delivering a darts initiative to schools, communities and businesses across the Nottingham region. Darts will assist participants to develop their social, numeracy and darting skills.
Matt said “A darts programme is very different and unique - I am so excited to be supporting and shaping this project with the Academy as well as working closely with schools to see the programme develop further in the future.”
“Over the years I’ve always been keen to deliver projects providing innovative ways of engaging people to try something away from the norm. Darts will provide a platform to learn a new skill, build and improve hand/eye coordination. With a bit of practice participants will grow in confidence and see some real improvements in a short period of time. “
“I have worked with Gary and team from the Room 180 Darts Academy and I only see this programme going from strength to strength as we move into a new year.”
Gary Horsley - Academy Director spoke about the programme - “I have been developing my Darts Academy and events for over 5 years now and have seen hundreds of people from all walks of life get involved.”
“The Room 180 events are fully inclusive and all ages / abilities can get involved. The focus is on fun, team work, developing skills and looking at educational aspects (if requested) around life skills, sports psychology and numeracy.”
