In our third video chat we catch up with one of our guest speakers Rupert Quiney.
It was great to be able to sit down with Rupert and Chris Gadsby to discuss the forthcoming coaching symposium.
Rupert talks about his time at university being highly educated in strength and conditioning, as well as his time being the head of strength and conditioning with the Guildford Flames as well as the Lead strength and conditioning coach for the EIH as well as setting up his own strength and conditioning programme and facility Train Hockey Smart.
It was an opportunity to catch up and talk about strength and conditioning which is Rupert's workshop on Saturday 13th July.
